How long does it take…

Home care services can start in as little as 24 hours. Our hospital and rehab discharge support program helps make for a seamless transition between the hospital or rehab facility and home sweet home. We can meet the client at the rehabilitation facility prior to discharge, review the discharge protocol, practice transfers and get physical therapy training all before the senior returns home.
